1. B2B Services & Manufacturing Eligibility
- Regulatory Compliance: We operate strictly under standard regulatory frameworks. Clients seeking third-party manufacturing for pharmaceuticals, Ayurvedic formulations, or medical food products must provide certified copies of valid licenses, manufacturing permissions, and brand authorization before production initiation.
- Domestic Operations: Our primary manufacturing capacity, logistics tracking, and branding operations are structured specifically for the domestic Indian market.
2. Commercial Terms & Payment Milestones
- Advance Payment Requirement: A mandatory 50% advance payment must be deposited before the manufacturing of any product or production batch begins. Production lines will not be initiated until this advance clearance is processed.
- Credit and Final Settlement: In cases where materials are supplied on credit, the client is strictly required to clear the full and final payment within 15 days from the date of material dispatch or delivery.
- Batch Commitments: All bulk production orders (including oral liquids, syrups, and capsules) are subject to specific Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) detailed during the initial technical quotation phase.
3. Product Formulations & Intellectual Property
- Client-Provided Assets: Any proprietary formulation specifications, brand trademarks, logos, or customized packaging graphics provided by the client remain the sole intellectual property of the client.
- Manufacturing Safeguards: Arsn Biotech guarantees that client formulations will not be shared with or utilized for external market competitors without explicit written authorization.
4. Governing Law & Judicial Jurisdiction
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or legal conflict arising out of our manufacturing agreements or services, all judicial cases and legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Mohali (Punjab) only.
5. Limitation of Liability
Arsn Biotech ensures maximum compliance with standard testing protocols. However, we shall not be held liable for commercial market deviations, improper external warehousing conditions after dispatch, or direct distribution challenges handled by your independent agency.
